    This is my worst experience in getting goods online. Just horrible. I did not know that ShopClues is such a cheap company. The Product I received is an used product. The Volume Buttons are broken, Speaker broken, the Speaker cover torn, Back panel screws missing, remote control missing. The Packaging was good but ShopClues has sent me an used product, damaged product and a defective product. Consumers out there, please be careful, these people are cheaters.
