The Jio Phone is a 4G and VoLTE enabled feature phone from Reliance. It has a single Nano-SIM slot and works only on the Reliance Jio network. It has a 2.4-inch display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. It had a D-pad for navigation and a numberpad for dialing and typing. Powering the phone is a dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM. There is 4GB of internal storage which is shared between user storage, apps and software updates . Storage is expandable via a microSD card slot upto 128GB. The phone runs on KaiOS and has all Jio apps preinstalled. It also has a basic voice assistant .

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE . The Company grants a limited warranty of six (6) months for use of Jio Phone in terms of the warranty conditions as available at ‘www.jiophone.com’/. The Company offers no warranty for third party hardware accessories whether authorized or not by the Company for use with JioPhone. Any repairs/replacement of parts of JioPhone not covered by warranty may be carried out by the Company on payment of charges by the Recipient as stipulated by the Company from time to time."

    I had to pinch myself to make me believe that I was using a Jio Phone. No more lagging or hammering your keypad. Wifi has totally disappeared in this model. The contacts syncs with your google account, as soon as you log in. The only lagging is seen when you search for a particular contact, and google sync gets activated and delays the search, whenever you are online. Weather app is not even available in store for downloading. Basic and deep memory cleanup features shortens the response time. Battery capacity of 1500mAh makes us wonder whether all the previous versions of Jio Phones were actually provided with a 2000mAh battery or 1500mAh, as both of these are replica of each other. To summarize, the manufacturer has done a lot of R&D for improvisation. Whoever had a bad experience with KaiOS, may review with this newly launched F320B.

    Me jio care Gaya tha but sim activation nahi ho Raha hai .care person bol Raha tha ki mobile phone already use Kiya hua hai.so please mobile vapas karlo.
