Sonal Vashisht, the author of this novel, 'Life in Pieces... (The Story of Hidden Pain)’, is an Indian girl who belongs to a small village near Gurugram, Haryana. She was born on 25th March, 1997. She is an ordinary girl but her strong will power and quintessential simplicity make her extraordinary. She is dedicated and hard-working. She is pursuing graduation and devotes her time to writing and creating waves of change around herself and in the country. Being a part of village culture, she has experienced a lot of things which most people don't even notice. She has noticed the pain hidden behind a strong and happy girl and has covered a wide variety of sensitive topics in her story.
