 RESISTANT. EFFICIENT LOCTITE FT 220 is the first adhesive, designed for shoe repair applications, metal embossing on leather bags and sticking articles/logos on designer footwear. This product provides quick bonding and curing with moisture at room temperature which does not require heating chamber or press machine. Application process (For shoe repair): 1. Identify bond gap area 2. Apply LOCTITE FT 220 to the gap area 3. Press for 20 seconds 4. Evaluate the bond strength of the repaired area. Application beyond shoe repair: 1. Metal to Rubber: a. Apply LOCTITE FT 220 on the rubber evenly b. Press for 10 seconds c. Quality check 2. Accessory for bag and ladies footwear: a. Apply LOCTITE FT 220 on the metal a. Put on accessory stones b. Keep for 10 seconds c. Check Strength. Methods of Application: 1. Direct application 2. Needle application 3. Peristaltic pump system
