The Micromax Vdeo allows the user to enjoy VoLTE for long hours, thanks to the battery backup, which is enormous as compared to the previous Vdeo phones. At present, many smartphone companies are focussing to launch 4G VoLTE at lesser prices due to huge demand. However, multitasking and high end game shall be an issue in the Micromax Vdeo 4, since the RAM is less.

Display and Configuration

The Micromax Vdeo 4 comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD HD (720 x 1,280 pixels) display and has a brushed metal cover body. Inside the phone, there is a 1.1GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. The smartphone boots on Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system and features pre-installed Google Duo app for video-calling.

Camera and Battery

In terms of camera, there is an 8MP main snapper and a 2MP selfie camera for photography and videography needs. The phone is fuelled by a 4,000mAh li-ion battery which claims to render a backup upto 24 hours and 350 hours in standby mode.

Storage and Connectivity

For storing data files, 8GB memory is available for the user which can be further increased upto 32GB using a microSD card. In terms of connectivity, the device offers options such as dual SIM, 4G (supports Indian bands), 3G, 2G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS and microUSB 2.0.
