Order is shipped

It takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on your and merchant’s location.

When the order is dispatched, we email and SMS you the tracking number and courier company name.

You can get the same information from shopclues.com/orderstatus or by logging to your account and clicking on order history.

You can track the shipment on the courier partner’s website using the airway bill number (also referred to as AWB or tracking number). Click to get the list of prominent courier companies and their website.

You may find the next answer useful if the order is shipped for more than 5 days but not yet delivered.

More than 5 days since it was shipped

It takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on your and merchant’s location. If on the courier website, you can see that there is a movement of your package in last 48-hours, please give 2-3 days more to the courier to deliver.

 

However, if it is more than 7 days and you do not see movement in the last 48 hours on the courier website, you should check with the courier company or contact us at shopclues.com/support.

We do continuous follow up with the courier till the order is not delivered and if there is a delay in delivery we send periodic updates on your registered email and SMS.

Shipment is not trackable

After the shipment is handed over to courier, it takes upto 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated on the courier company's website. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination.

If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and retry tracking on the website after some time.

Return to origin

‘Return to origin’ or RTO means the courier had tried to deliver the order at your address but could not do it and it is now coming back to the shipper/origin.

Before an RTO is initiated, courier or our team makes attempts to contact you on phone and email.

What happens after an RTO is received by ShopClues?

  • If it was a Cash On Delivery order, the product will be sent back to the merchant.
  • If it was a paid order, we will check if you would like reshipment. Otherwise the full amount of the order is refunded to you. The refund to you account will take upto 2 weeks after the RTO is confirmed by the courier.
  • Shipment is detained

    If your shipment is detained, we work with the courier to get it released. In case we are not able to solve the problem in 5 days, the order will be refunded to you.
