One thing she loves the most is listening to stories. After her grandmother’s death, there was no one left to read stories to her. One day, when she goes to pluck lilies, she finds a wondrous and supernatural lamp which she brings home. Her mother gets suspicious of it and throws it away. But the magic lamp flew back to Rims every night to tell her fascination stories. The night time tales include a story of a heavenly forest and its animals which peacefully lived together and how these peaceful animals take revenge from the villagers for being hunted and killed mercilessly.The tales also include the story of Rinchi, a very dark complexioned girl, who was teased by all except her parents and went to live in a forest with wild animals and came back to help and cure the children when an epidemic spread in the village. And the story of a battle between the ants and the rabbits and squirrels, where the rabbits and squirrels got defeated by ants due to their ego.
