The product package was already torn and opened. The earphones were already used be someone. Though the earphones were original but they were refurbished or second hand. I think Shopclues should mention that. Though I've been using it for last two months they work fine till now, cant guess about future.
This does not even deserve the 1 star rating that I'm giving. The seller sent a used product. The box was torn and tattered, crudely opened and then re-sealed with brown tape. The earphones were used and the earbud had someone's earwax on it, it's ridiculously gross. Shopclues' has the worst customer support ever. They refused to pick up the product, and closed my return request for replacement - not once, not twice, but thrice - citing the lockdown - which is illogical because they were able to deliver the product during the lockdown. Someone else's earwax on a supposedly new set of earphones is totally unacceptable, even more so during a pandemic where extra emphasis should be on general hygiene. I don't know where the earphones came from, and who used them - so I've had to literally throw them away wrapped in a ziplock in the dustbin. Bad seller, bad product, bad customer support. There's nothing in it for me to return to Shopclues, I've requested them to delete my account. Worst 425 rupees I've ever wasted on anything.
