    Things look fine Product and Shipment. But on the Website front, I think you should never use a word - Incomplete, when depicting the status. (Order Incomplete), was the word, which was shown once may payment went through. You may say it is in Progress or Initiated or any other word. Because, sometimes, a customer can think, that Order has not been taken, as data was insufficient or so . . .
