How to Redeem E-Holiday Voucher?

Please visit at http://click2redeem.com on or before the submission date to redeem the E - holiday voucher.

Register yourself with valid contact details and submit the promotional code & coupon number as mentioned on the voucher.

After registration, please submit your preferred destinations and check-in dates in the online Booking Form.

Please courier printout of E - holiday voucher, printout of booking claim form and other required documents (if any) at the mentioned address in the booking form.

Other Information:

A) Promotional Code & Coupon No. as mentioned in the email received.

B) Submission Date:10 Months and Hotel Expiry Date: 12 Months

C) Complimentary Accommodation: 3 Days/2 Nights. Globally 3 Days/2 Nights stay means 2 Nights stay, at anyone of the hotel/resort with standard check-in & check-out timings. e.g., if you check in on 1st September, your check out date will be 3rd September. Generally check-in & check-out timings are 12:00 noon but it can be ± 2 hours depends on hotel's policy.

D) Required Documents: Printout of E - Holiday Voucher, printout of Booking Claim Form and photocopy of Id proof.

E) Utility Charges Payable: Rs.500/- per e - voucher



Terms & Conditions:

1. The Holiday eVoucher entitles the Customer to a complimentary accommodation for a couple and two children (up to 8 years of age) at any one of the hotels or resorts mentioned herein.

2. The Customer must submit his/her preferences for hotel booking along-with printout of Holiday eVoucher latest by submission date as mentioned herein. In order to redeem the Holiday eVoucher, the Customer must give thirty (30) days advance notice (subject to maximum 90 days) with three (3) different destinations and three (3) optional check-in dates, keeping in mind the hotel expiry date. Further, the Customer must maintain a minimum of seven (7) days gap between all the preferred check-in dates.

3. Only duly completed printout of Booking Form along with printout of Holiday eVoucher shall be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability. Please refer List of Hotels/Resorts mentioned herein to check destination-wise available months to give booking dates. The offer does not include the period of dussehra / diwali holidays and 24th December to 2nd January. All required documents related to hotel booking should be sent to Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., 205, Chiranjiv Tower, 43, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 (India).

4. On receiving the Customer's duly filled printout of Booking Form along-with printout of Holiday eVoucher, the Customer shall be informed by email for the availability of the destination and asked to pay the Utility Charges, which should be payable within five (5) days from the date of sending the confirmation by CHPL for available destination. This Utility Charges should be paid through a Demand Draft in favour of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi.

5. Only on receiving the Utility Charges, CHPL shall issue the Letter of Confirmation for the Hotel Accommodation in the Name of the Customer. Details of the hotel, destination and check-in date will be mentioned therein. This Letter of Confirmation shall reach the Customer ten (10) days prior to the confirmed check-in date. CHPL reserves the right to alter dates & hotels, in case of non-availability. Customer shall not have the right to amend or change the dates once booked from his/her preferences and/or the Letter of Confirmation has been issued.

6. The Customers must carry the Letter of Confirmation and produce the same at the time of check-in at the Hotel. Failure to produce the Letter of Confirmation shall disqualify the Customer and the Customer shall not be entitled for the complimentary stay.

7. he Holiday eVoucher shall entitle the Customer only for a complimentary accommodation (stay only). The Customer shall be solely responsible for the obtaining and completing all Visa requirements for International destinations. Any and all expenses incurred by the Customer in realization (e.g. travel, statutory formalities etc.) of the Holiday eVoucher shall be incurred by the Customer.

8. This offer is valid for an individual family use and one eVoucher can be used at one time only. Two or more Holiday eVouchers/ Booking Forms cannot be used / clubbed together in any method (neither by group travelling together for same destination nor by an individual family for continuation of nights with two or more eVouchers).

9.The Holiday eVoucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-redeemable against cash. Further, the Customer must comply with each and every term/requirement/procedure specified for redeeming the Holiday eVoucher; else the Customer shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the benefits under this Offer.

10. Any suggestions/complaints related to this offer, discussed on telephone will not be entertained. All suggestions/complaint must be given in writing to voucher@CountrywideHolidays.com

11. "How to Redeem" and "Offer Information" mentioned herein is also a part of terms & conditions. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
