CluesBucks+ are loyalty points that are credited to your ShopClues Account when you place order on selected products and categories on ShopClues or any other website/Application owned and operated by Clues Network Private Limited, its holding, affiliate(s) and Subsidiary (ies) Companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform”), and are governed by the terms and conditions provided hereinbelow.

  • 1. How to Earn CluesBucks+ ?
    • CluesBucks+ can be earned through Contests or Promotions running on the Platform periodically.
  • 2. Where do I view my CluesBucks+ and check balance? Sign In >> My Account >>My CluesBucks+
    My CluesBucks+ section shall display the following -
    • Current CluesBucks+ balance
    • Orders placed using CluesBucks+
    • CluesBucks+ credited for any Contests/Promotion or Refund.
    • Expired CluesBucks+
  • 3. What is the Validity of CluesBucks+ ? CluesBucks+ credited to your ShopClues account shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • 4. How to Redeem CluesBucks+ ?

    CluesBucks+ can be used 10% of the order value.

    Login to the Shopclues.com using your registered e-mail address/mobile number and password

    Select the product/service you wish to buy or avail on the respective Platform, and Click on "Buy Now".

    At the Review Cart page, redeemable CluesBucks+ will be visible on the Platform.

    Click on "Redeem" and the amount will be deducted from your product cost
  • 5. Can CluesBucks+ be redeemed on all products? CluesBucks+ can be redeemed only on selected products but only the 10% of the order value and maximum Rs100.
  • 6. What are the categories which are not eligible to earn the CluesBucks+ ? CluesBucks+ are not issued on promoted gold / silver coins & bars, precious jewellery and selected products
